It?s a New Year and everyone is still in the Resolutions Mode. If eating better is on the top of your list of goals for this year, my NBC-TV “High Tech Talk” segment this week has some Web sites to keep you on the straight and narrow by giving you the real skinny on all the numbers.
I thought my headphones were broken! Audio is on one side until the end of the segment

Thanks for the great links Mike, I’ll be sure to share them with my sites visitors. As for the audio on the Quicktime file, Lester is correct, it’s only left channel until the “Do you want to learn more about…” part at the end. Happy, Healthy New Year!
