    Go figure. It’s funded by tax dollars. Tax funded agencies are almost never efficient because they have no competition and little motivation to improve.

    Not only that, but, according to an article I read yesterday, filling out claim (and other assistance) forms on-line can be done ONLY on a Windows platform computer running Explorer 6. No Safari. No Opera. No Foxfire.
