Bluetooth - that short distance wireless feature that connects our high tech gizmos - is finally beginning to live up to it’s hype in providing us a whole new world of convenience.
For the past year or so, Bluetooth has been common with home computer systems, with wireless keyboards and mice and even cable-less hookups to printers.
But it’s with our mobile phones where Bluetooth is really proving its worth with a proliferation of miniature Bluetooth headsets that fit over our ears or clip onto a pair of eyeglasses.
For the past several weeks, I’ve been alternating between two of the market leaders - the Cardo scala-500and the Motorola HS820, both so lightweight that you hardly know they’re on your ear.

MSN search goes from beta to final product

Microsoft has added a host of new features to MSN Search, finanlizing the MSN Search beta that launched in November.
The final MSN Search released today offers additional online resources from Microsoft?s Encarta encylopedia product, including a free pass to view related Encarta Premium content spanning more than 40,000 unique articles and more than 1.4 million authoritative, direct answers organized by categories such as definitions, facts, calculations, conversions and solutions to equations.
In addition, tconsumers are now able to subscribe to MSN Search RSS Feeds and get the top ten search results for their particular query delivered to their RSS Reader or personalized site like MyMSN. The redesigned homepage is also being built into applications such as MSN Messenger.
