		<description>Camera phones have indeed come a long way, but there is still a long way to go.  There are some great studies on usage of cell phones, in the US and abroad, as primary camera devices and there are constant improvement of optics, sensors, etc. that will increase the satisfaction and usage as a whole.

For more avid photographers, or for people expecting high quality from their phones, they will just have to wait to have everything needed to take consistently quality shots.  I have some more thoughts about camera phones for photographers here:
