Salesforce.com’s Service Cloud Sparks Legal Storm (PC World)

PC World – A Georgia company has filed suit in federal court against Salesforce.com, saying the on-demand CRM (customer relationship management) vendor’s use of the phrase “Service Cloud” violates its trademark.
