Moody’s downgrades Liberty Media LLC ratings (AP)

AP – Moody’s Investors Service downgraded ratings for Liberty Media Corp. subsidiary Liberty Media LLC on Friday. The changes come shortly after shareholders approved the formation of a new company out of DirecTV Group Inc.
