Robot car doesn’t need driver
A robotic car has made it to the top of Pike’s Peak, using a variety of GPS gizmos, computers, cameras and other auto tech devices.
The vehicle is a tricked out Jeep Cherokee set up by a company called Axion Racing as a demonstration project during the annual Pikes Peak International Hill Climb’s Race to the Clouds
Only problem cited by Axion is the robotic vehicle had to keep slowing down for human drivers who were ahead of it on the course.
