Declutter Your Tech

No better time than the beginning of the year than to organize and declutter your tech and set yourself up to be most efficient in 2016.

I have three apps that can help do just that.

Unroll.me is an app to help you get control of what’s flowing into your email inbox. It starts with an ability to unsubscribe from unwanted emails with a simple swipe. Unroll.me also gives you the ability to organize all the emails you want to keep into a daily digest. The app is free for iOS.

Instapaper will help you get rid of a bunch of bookmarks and make sure you don’t waste time. The app allows you to save articles to read them when more convenient – even when you’re offline. Instapaper also has a feature to eliminate ads and other clutter so you’re reading what you actually want to read. The app is free for iOS and Android with available premium versions with additional features.

LastPass makes life less cluttered by allowing you to manage a bunch of passwords by using one master password. Set it up once and you won’t have to worry about remembering a bunch of user names and passwords because LastPass does it for you. Additional security features and encryption are built in to LastPass so that your information won’t be compromised. It also works across numerous devices. LastPass if free for iOS and Android.
