Apple to exchange faulty iPhone power adapters

Apple said some power adapters for the latest iPhone can break and lead to the risk of electric shock and urged users to exchange them, although no injuries have been reported.
The company said the ultra-compact USB adapters in question have metal prongs that can break off. Apple to exchange faulty iPhone power adapters.
