Comcast gripes keep coming in

Comcast continues to say it knows of no serious or widespread problems with its high speed Internet service in Southeastern Michigan. Tell that to these people whose e-mailed complaints to me seem to paint a pretty clear picture that something isn’t right in Comcast land.
There was something weird with thier service during this time in ‘05
I called and called and called them and was up thier butts following them home on this issue.
They blamed it on upgrades to the Rockwood MI servers/splitters
The issue lasted until Sep 5th
