Live Web cams trained on Dennis
July 10, 2005 by Mike Wendland
The imminent landfall of Hurricane Dennis is getting live 24×7 Web coverage.
The Weather Channel has a herd of reporters doing live reports on TV and the Web from multiple locations.
Hurricane hunter Mark Sudduth is on the Gulf Coast directly in the path of Hurricane Dennis with live Web cams on his HurricaneTrack.com Hurricane Dennis Special Coverage Mode Homepage.
He says: “Today is going to be an historic day. It is possible that hurricane Dennis will hit the United States as a category four hurricane- a very rare event for July. Even as a strong category three, Dennis would be bad enough, but a four? That would be horrible.”
