The Mindfulness App also can be set up to send alerts to help practice throughout the day. The app is $1.99 for iOS and Android with additional features available for additional costs.
The app Omvana takes a different approach by letting users explore meditation on their own. The app provides access to a wide range of topics on which to meditate – from being more productive to working through anxiety and stress. Sessions last anywhere from three to 60 minutes. The app is free for iOS and Android with premium features available at additional costs.
